  1. 1 cup milk
  2. 2/3 cup melted butter
  3. 2 chicken eggs
  4. 2+1/2 cups all purpose flour
  5. 1+1/2 cups granulated sugar
  6. 1 tablespoon baking powder
  7. 1 teaspoon salt
  8. 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg powder

Ingredients Chocolate Ganache

  1. 1/3 cup heavy cream
  2. 2/3 cup chocolate chips

How to make cake donuts?

  1. Butter and flour a donut baking sheet and set aside.
  2. Mix milk, butter and eggs together in a bowl. Set aside.
  3. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and nutmeg in a bowl. Add milk and mix well. Spoon batter into prepared pan.
  4. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 35-40 minutes. Let rest for 10 minutes, then remove from the mold. Let cool completely.
  5. In a small saucepan, heat the cream over medium-low heat until it just begins to boil. Remove from heat and pour over chocolate chips. Let sit for 30 seconds, then stir gently until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Pour over cake donuts and sprinkle as desired.
