How to make ?
- Add sifted all-purpose flour, sugar, salt and yeast, then beat or mix until combined.
- Then add egg yolks, milk, and vanilla extract. Beat until the dough forms a lump.
- Add butter and beat until the dough is smooth and stretched into a thin film. Gather the dough to make a tight surface and let it rise until doubled in size, about 1 hour (cover with plastic wrap or a damp cloth).
- Once the dough has risen, punch it to release the air. Then divide the dough into 50g pieces, roll them into balls (you can press them flat a little bit), and let them rest for 20 minutes or until the dough has risen about 50%.
